Every once in a while, we all need to unwind and just relax for a while. Other times we need to get up and get active! Still other times, we have to get in touch with our inner selves and reflect on the past day.  Here I will show you how to keep fit your mind, body, and soul.

Body
  • Eat good food
  • Bike
  • Lift weights
  • Get enough sleep
  • Practice Yoga
  • Play sports
  • Take walks
  • Stretch out
  • Work out
    • 20-30 pushups
    • 30-40 situps
    • 2-3 laps (running)
    • 10 lbs dumbell lifts 
Mind
  • Read a newspaper every day
  • Subscribe to national geographic or time
  • Travel
  • Plant a garden 
  • Watch discovery channel
  • Listen to the news
  • Play challenging board games
  • Debate with parents or friends
  • Play a game of chess
  • Comment and question in classes
Soul
  • Meditate
  • Serve others
  • Write in a diary ( or journal for guys)
  • Walking on a nature trail
  • Read literary classics
  • Draw
  • Listen to positive music (not Heavy metal or rap)
  • Play a musical instrument
  • Reflect on goals
